At Accfarm, we provide safe and convenient payment methods for customers worldwide. Please read the following payment policy carefully before placing an order.

  • Local payment methods: (depending on region, displayed at checkout)

  • Store balance: Customers can deposit funds into their Accfarm.store account and use the balance for purchases.

2. Payment Confirmation

  • Orders will only be processed after the payment has been successfully completed.

  • For some payment gateways (e.g., crypto, bank transfer), confirmation time may vary depending on the network.

3. Security & Safety

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways.

  • We do not store any customer’s sensitive payment details (such as credit card numbers).

  • Customers are advised to use their own payment methods to avoid disputes.

4. Currency & Fees

  • All prices are listed in USD (or as specified on the website).

  • Exchange rates and transaction fees (if any) are subject to the customer’s bank or payment provider.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees charged by their payment institution.

5. Refunds Related to Payment

  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy (see Warranty & Refund Policy page).

  • In most cases, refunds will be credited to the customer’s store balance.

  • If a refund is made to the original payment method, processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment provider.
